Pastel-Colored Costumes at an Outdoor Event

Two women dressed in pastel-colored costumes, posing for a photograph. The woman on the left has red hair and is wearing a dress with pink and blue stripes, while the woman on the right has blue hair and is wearing a similar outfit but with a different color scheme. They are both holding lollipops and standing in front of a black metal fence. In the background, there are trees and buildings visible through the fence. The atmosphere appears to be lively and festive, suggesting that they may be attending a costume party or event.
