Ryou Machiko from Gourmet Girl Graffiti

A woman dressed in a schoolgirl outfit, standing against a wall covered in graffiti. The woman has long red hair and is wearing a pink sweater over a white collared shirt, paired with a green pleated skirt and black knee-high socks. She holds a can of soda in her hands. In the background, a blue graffiti design adorns the wall behind her. The overall impression of the image suggests that it may be part of an anime or manga series, given the character's attire and hairstyle.
