Woman in Elaborate Costume Stands on Stage

A woman dressed in an elaborate costume, standing on what appears to be a stage or performance area. The woman's hair is styled in pink bangs and she wears a blue hooded jacket with white ruffles at the hem. Her outfit includes a blue skirt and knee-high socks featuring thick stripes of alternating colors. She also sports brown boots with yellow laces, adding a pop of color to her overall ensemble. In her right hand, she holds what looks like a prop or accessory, although its purpose is unclear due to the image's low resolution. The background behind the woman features various posters and banners, possibly advertising anime or manga characters, which adds context to the scene.
