The image features two women dressed in costumes inspired by the anime 'Revolutionary Girl Utena.' The woman on the left has long, straight pink hair and is wearing a black sports bra, red shorts, red socks with white stripes, and black shoes. Her counterpart on the right also sports long, straight pink hair but dons a yellow jersey featuring teal trim and the word 'OHTOK' in large letters, paired with mint-green shorts adorned with red accents, green socks, and black shoes. The duo stands alongside each other, their knees bent as if they are about to lunge forward. Their poses suggest they may be cosplaying characters from a sport or martial arts-themed episode of the anime. In the background, a blurred figure can be seen standing against a white wall, with an indistinct plant visible on the right side of the image.
