Homura Akemi, Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica

A young woman dressed in a white sailor fuku with a black bow and collar, holding a katana sword. The woman has long black hair tied up in pigtails with ribbons, and bangs that fall across her forehead. Her eyes are brown and her skin is fair. She wears a white sailor hat on her head, which adds to her overall schoolgirl appearance. The background of the image is blurred, but it appears to be a green field or meadow. There are no other objects or people visible in the image. Overall, the woman's pose and attire suggest that she is a character from an anime or manga series, possibly one set in Japan during World War II.
