Cosplay Nighttime Outdoor Scene

Two individuals dressed in costumes, standing outdoors at night. The person on the left has short blonde hair and wears a purple coat with gold buttons and black boots. They are holding their hands to their cheeks. The individual on the right has short blue-black hair and wears a matching blue coat, knee-length shorts, black thigh-high stockings, and black boots. Their arms are wrapped around each other's necks. In the background, there is a large water feature with steps leading down into it. A light is visible at the top of the image, suggesting that it may be nighttime or dusk.
