Nekocon Mascots before the Cosplay Masquerade

The image shows four people in costumes standing on a stage, possibly at an anime convention or cosplay event. The person on the left is wearing a white wig and a red skirt with a white top. They have their arms raised above their heads and are looking to the right. The second person from the left has blonde hair and is wearing a light blue kimono with pink flowers. They are looking down at something in front of them. The third person from the left has orange hair and is wearing a teal kimono with yellow accents. They are looking to the right, away from the camera. The fourth person from the left has gray hair and is wearing a dark blue kimono with white accents. They are looking to the left, towards the other three people. There appears to be some sort of stage or backdrop behind them, but it's not clear what it is. Overall, the image suggests that these four individuals are participating in some kind of performance or activity related to anime or cosplay.
