Green-Skinned Person in City Street Costume

A person dressed in a costume, likely for Halloween or a cosplay event. The person has green skin and is wearing a hooded cloak with pointed ears. They are holding their hands up to the sides of their head, as if they are trying to cover their face. The background of the image is blurry, but it appears to be a city street at night. There are lights visible in the distance, suggesting that the photo was taken in an urban area.
