The image features May, a character from the Pokémon Omega Ruby game, posing for a photo shoot. She is dressed in her signature red tank top and white shorts with black trim, which are part of her normal outfit as a Pokémon Trainer. Her short brown hair is styled in loose waves, and she wears a red headband with two large bows on either side of her forehead. May has a bright smile on her face, showing off her straight teeth, and her eyes are cast downward slightly, giving the impression that she's looking at something below her waist. She holds up a stuffed animal version of her Pokémon, Togepi, which is white with blue feet and tail. The background of the image is blurred, but it appears to be an outdoor setting with greenery visible behind May. The overall atmosphere of the photo is casual and relaxed, suggesting that the shoot was done for fun rather than as part of a professional photoshoot.
