Detailed description

A person dressed in a detailed costume inspired by Handsome Jack from the video game series Borderlands. The individual's face is painted with blue makeup, and their hair is styled to resemble the character's signature look. They wear a white shirt underneath a light-blue jacket adorned with blue lines that mimic the game's aesthetic. A notable feature of the costume is the large, geometric-shaped brooch on the right side of the chest, which adds an extra layer of detail to the overall design.
