Magical Girl Mercy, Overwatch

The person in this photo is dressed as Mercy, a character from Overwatch. They are wearing a white dress with black and yellow accents, and their hair is styled in pigtails. The costume includes a long white cape with a yellow trim, which is draped over the person's right shoulder. Their left arm is bent at the elbow and held close to their body, while their right arm is extended outward, holding a staff or wand. The person appears to be standing in front of a brick wall, possibly outdoors on a city street. The background is blurred, but it seems like there are other people walking around behind them.
