Kirishima from Boku No Hero

The image captures a young woman dressed in a striking red and black costume, her short red hair styled in a spiky manner. She stands confidently with her hands on her hips, wearing a long-sleeved red top that exposes her midriff, paired with a flowing black skirt that reaches down to her ankles. Her attire is completed by knee-high black boots and a matching red choker around her neck. The background of the image appears to be a convention center or similar venue, where people are milling about in the distance. The atmosphere suggests that the woman is attending an anime or comic-con event, where she has come dressed as Kirishima from Boku No Hero.
