Kaworu Nagisa from Neon Genesis Evangelion

A person dressed as Kaworu Nagisa from Neon Genesis Evangelion, lying on the floor in a relaxed pose. The individual has white hair and is wearing a blue bodysuit with red accents and a distinctive black bow tie around their neck. Their arms are bent at the elbows, with hands resting near their chest, while their legs are stretched out to one side. Notably, there are red circles on both of their shoulders, which appear to be part of the costume design. The background is blurred, but it appears to be an indoor setting, possibly a convention or event space, given the presence of other people in the distance.
