A woman dressed in a costume inspired by the character Utena Tenjou from the anime series Revolutionary Girl Utena. The woman's pink hair is styled in a manner reminiscent of the character, and she wears a blue military-style jacket adorned with gold accents and a red collar. The overall impression is one of cosplay or role-playing, as the woman appears to be posing for a photograph or video shoot. The background of the image is blurred, but it appears to be an outdoor setting, possibly a park or garden.
