Gyarados, Pokemon

A woman dressed in a blue and yellow costume, with long wavy blue hair and a large fin on her back, reminiscent of the Pokémon Gyarados. She is standing in front of a pool, wearing black high heels and a white skirt that extends down to her ankles. Her left hand is raised above her head, and she has a small blue tailfin protruding from her backside. The background features a large swimming pool with clear water and a few people walking around it.
