2018 Racing Miku

A woman dressed in an elaborate costume, posing for the camera with confidence and poise. Her long teal hair is styled in pigtails adorned with gold stars, adding to her overall aesthetic appeal. The woman's costume consists of a black bra top featuring white trim, paired with a light blue pleated skirt that showcases her toned physique. She wears knee-high socks with gold stars on them, complemented by dark blue boots with heels and gold accents. A flowing red cape is draped over her left shoulder, adding a touch of drama to the overall look. The woman's right hand rests on her hip, while she holds a large golden staff in her left hand, complete with a golden star at its tip and a small flame at the top. She stands confidently in front of a brown column or pillar, set against a backdrop of green trees and bushes. The atmosphere suggests that this is an outdoor setting, possibly a festival or event where cosplayers gather to showcase their elaborate costumes.
