Mikumo and Freyja, Macross Delta

The image shows two women dressed in costumes, posing for a photo. The woman on the left has purple hair and is wearing a light blue jacket with white stripes, a yellow shirt, a dark blue skirt, and black boots. She is also wearing a necklace with a pendant. The woman on the right has blonde hair and is wearing a similar outfit to the first woman, but with a different color scheme. Both women are smiling and looking at the camera. They appear to be cosplayers or actors, possibly from an anime or manga series.
