Celebration in the City

A young woman with green hair and bangs, dressed in a blue sailor-style outfit featuring a yellow collar and orange accents on her sleeves and skirt. She is lying on the ground, holding up her left hand to display two fingers in what appears to be a peace sign or 'V' for victory gesture. The background shows an urban city setting with buildings in the distance, while the foreground features a group of people standing together, some of whom are wearing masks and others who are not. The overall atmosphere suggests a sense of excitement and celebration, possibly related to a cultural event or parade.
