Panty and Geek Girl from Panty and Stocking

The image depicts Panty and Stocking, two characters from the anime series 'Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt.' The character on the left has long blonde hair adorned with a pink flower clip. She is wearing a strapless pink dress that exposes her shoulders. Her counterpart on the right boasts striking orange locks and sports an eye-catching green top featuring a vibrant design. Both characters are positioned in front of a blurred background, which appears to be a cityscape or urban environment. The overall atmosphere of the image suggests that the scene is set in a lively, possibly nighttime setting, given the presence of neon-colored clothing and accessories.
