Cosplay Water Gun Fight by the Pool

Two women in costumes, armed with water guns, standing on a concrete surface near a pool or fountain. The woman on the left has black hair and is dressed in a black tank top and leggings, while the other woman has red hair and wears a blue dress. They are both holding orange water guns, which they appear to be using for target practice. In the background, several people can be seen milling about, some of whom are also wearing costumes or swimsuits. The overall atmosphere suggests that this is a lighthearted and playful scene, possibly from an anime or manga convention or summer event.
