A woman dressed in a mermaid costume, posing in shallow water. She has long pink hair and is wearing a gold top with a matching headpiece featuring two tall, pink fins. Her tail is red and white striped, and she appears to be sitting on the edge of the pool or beach. The overall atmosphere suggests that this photo was taken at an event such as a cosplay convention or a themed party.
