Shimakaze, Kantai Collection

A woman dressed in a Shimakaze costume from Kantai Collection, a popular Japanese video game. She has long blonde hair and is wearing a white sailor-style top with blue trim, a matching blue skirt, red and white striped knee-high socks, and black boots. Her outfit also includes a pair of large bunny ears on her head, which are black in color. The woman is posing in front of a brick wall, with her hands raised to her sides. In the background, there appears to be another person standing behind her, but they are not clearly visible. Overall, the image suggests that the woman is attending an anime or cosplay event, where she has come dressed as one of her favorite characters from Kantai Collection.
