Militarized Sailor Moon

A person dressed in a Sailor Moon costume, specifically the character Sailor Moon, also known as Usagi Tsukino. The costume consists of a white sailor fuku with a red bow and blue accents, complete with a white hat adorned with a large red bow. The individual is wearing a pair of goggles on their forehead, which are likely part of the costume's accessories. Their hands are raised in a gesture that suggests they are about to perform a dramatic pose or action. In the background, there appears to be a crowd of people standing behind the Sailor Moon cosplayer, although it is difficult to make out any specific details due to the blurriness of the image. Overall, the scene seems to be set in an outdoor location, possibly at a comic-con event or other gathering where fans of anime and manga can come together to celebrate their shared interests.
