Chii from Chobits

The image features Chii, a character from the anime series Chobits, standing on a staircase with blue carpeting and wooden handrails. She has long blonde hair styled in two braids and is wearing a white dress with puffy sleeves, a choker-style collar, and a bow at her neck. Her outfit also includes knee-high socks and shoes. The overall atmosphere of the image suggests that it was taken during an event or convention where cosplayers gather to showcase their costumes.
