Dr. Who cosplay

The woman in this image is dressed in a costume inspired by the character of Dr. Who from the popular British television series. The costume consists of a brown jacket, black dress, and pink striped shirt. She has shoulder-length brown hair that is styled with volume on top. Her right hand rests on her hip while she holds a sonic screwdriver in her left hand. The background appears to be a large room or hall with a colorful carpeted floor and a crowd of people standing around. There are also some purple lights visible in the distance, which may indicate that this is an event or gathering related to Dr. Who fandom.
