Ryuko Matoi, Kill la Kill

A woman dressed in a blue sailor-style schoolgirl outfit, complete with a red tie and white star emblem on her chest. Her short blue hair is styled with bangs, adding to the overall aesthetic of the costume. She holds a large scissor-like weapon in front of her face, which appears to be made of red plastic or metal. The background of the image features a beige wall adorned with a decorative border at the top, and a small portion of a window can be seen on the left side. Overall, the atmosphere suggests that this is a promotional photo for an anime character.
