Cosplayer as Ryuko Matoi from Kill la Kill

A person dressed in a cosplay costume, standing on a road or sidewalk at night. The individual has dark blue hair and is wearing a dark blue sailor-style schoolgirl outfit with red trim and a black bra underneath. A long red sword with a curved blade resembling shark teeth hangs from their shoulder. They are also wearing red fingerless gloves and black Converse-style sneakers. The person's face is blurred, but they appear to be looking directly at the camera with an intense expression. Their right arm is bent upwards, holding the hilt of the sword, while their left hand rests on their hip. The background of the image is out of focus, but it appears to be a city street or road at night, with cars and other vehicles visible in the distance. The overall atmosphere of the image suggests that the person is cosplaying as a character from an anime or manga series, possibly Ryuko Matoi from Kill la Kill.
