Abandoned Asylum Nurses

A group of women dressed in nurse costumes, likely participating in a Halloween or cosplay event. The women are wearing white dresses with red trim and have their hair styled in pigtails. They are also wearing white masks that cover their faces, adding to the spooky atmosphere. In the background, there is a hospital bed with bloodstains on it, suggesting that the women may be portraying patients who have been attacked by a serial killer or other monster. The overall setting appears to be a dark and eerie environment, possibly an abandoned asylum or hospital. The lighting in the image is dim, with only a few spotlights illuminating the scene, which adds to the sense of foreboding and danger. The women's costumes and poses suggest that they are trying to convey a sense of fear and vulnerability, while also showcasing their creativity and imagination.
