Jellal Fernandes, Fairy Tail

A person dressed in a black and yellow costume, complete with red tassels on their chest. The individual's short blue hair is styled in an anime-inspired manner, adding to the overall aesthetic of the character. The costume itself appears to be intricately designed, featuring yellow accents that complement the red tassels nicely. Notably, there are several objects visible in the background, although they are somewhat blurred and difficult to discern with certainty. Despite this, it is clear that the person is standing in a crowded area, surrounded by others who share an interest in anime or cosplay. The overall atmosphere of the image suggests that it was captured at some sort of convention or event, where fans gather to celebrate their shared passion for Japanese pop culture.
