Beholder Angel

A person sitting on stairs, dressed in an elaborate costume with pink hair and face paint. The individual is wearing a white dress adorned with black stripes and multicolored polka dots, paired with silver boots featuring laces that appear to be made of thin strips of fabric or plastic. Notably, their right leg bears a tattoo resembling the eye of Sauron from J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings series. The person is also holding a pink heart-shaped object in their hand, which may be a prop or part of their costume. The stairs behind them are illuminated by lights built into the steps and railings, creating a striking visual effect. The overall atmosphere suggests that this image was captured at an event or gathering where attendees are encouraged to express themselves through creative costumes and accessories.
