Roy Mustang, Fullmetal Alchemist

A person dressed in a blue military uniform with gold accents and black hair styled in a short, spiky manner. The uniform appears to be from an anime or manga series, possibly Fullmetal Alchemist, given the character's resemblance to Roy Mustang. The individual is looking directly at the camera with a neutral expression, their eyes are dark brown, and their eyebrows are thin and straight. Their hair is cut close to their head, with short bangs that fall across their forehead. They have no visible facial hair or other distinguishing features. The background of the image is blurred, but it appears to be an indoor setting, possibly a convention or cosplay event. Overall, the image suggests that the person is cosplaying as Roy Mustang from Fullmetal Alchemist.
