Kojiharu and Sayaka Akimoto from AKB0048

The image features two women dressed in blue and white costumes, posing for a photograph. The woman on the left has long pink hair and is wearing a blue dress with white accents, while the woman on the right has black hair and is wearing a similar outfit. They are both standing in front of a large window or doorframe, which appears to be made of glass or metal. The background of the image is not clearly visible due to the lighting, but it seems to be some kind of interior space with white walls and floors. Overall, the atmosphere of the image suggests that the two women are cosplayers or performers, possibly attending a convention or event related to anime or manga.
