Selphie from Final Fantasy 8

A woman dressed in a yellow dress with a zipper down the middle, holding a red object that resembles a staff or wand. She has short brown hair and is wearing a necklace featuring a pendant, possibly made of metal or stone. Her right arm is adorned with a blue strap or band, which may be part of her costume or a prop. The background of the image is blurred, but it appears to be an outdoor setting, possibly a garden or park, with greenery visible behind the woman. Overall, the image suggests that the woman is cosplaying as a character from a fantasy game or anime, and the red staff or wand she holds may be a key part of her costume.
