A woman dressed in a Sailor Moon costume, specifically Sailor Jupiter. She is wearing a green sailor-style skirt with a white trim and a matching top adorned with a pink bow and a large green star on the chest. Her hair is styled in loose waves, framing her face. The background of the image appears to be an indoor setting, possibly a convention or cosplay event, as there are other people visible in the distance. The overall impression is that the woman is posing for a photo shoot or participating in a costume contest.
