Rinoa Heartilly from Final Fantasy VIII

A woman in a blue dress holding a large, white and black object resembling a sword or shield. The woman has long dark hair with bangs and is wearing a blue sleeveless top with a black strap over her right shoulder. She is also wearing a silver necklace with a pendant. The background of the image is dark, but it appears to be an outdoor setting, possibly at night. The overall impression of the image is one of adventure and fantasy, as suggested by the woman's costume and the object she is holding.
