Jolteon from Pokemon

A person dressed in a Jolteon costume, standing behind tall grass with their hands resting on top of it. The character's long yellow hair and distinctive black ears are visible above the grass. They wear a white shirt with a fluffy collar and have a small yellow and black plush toy of Jolteon held up beside them. Their facial expression is neutral, with a slight smile. The background is blurred but appears to be an outdoor setting, possibly a park or garden. Overall, the image captures a playful and whimsical moment of cosplay.
