Riza Hawkeye from Fullmetal Alchemist

A woman dressed in a Riza Hawkeye costume from Fullmetal Alchemist, standing in front of a building with her gun at the ready. The woman's hair is styled in a short bob and she wears a black turtleneck top paired with blue pants. Her attire includes a utility belt around her waist, which holds various tools and equipment. She also sports a pair of goggles on her forehead, adding to her military-inspired look. In her hands, she grasps a large gun, likely a custom-made prop for the costume. The background of the image shows the side of a building with a window visible behind the woman. The overall atmosphere suggests that the photo was taken at an event or convention where cosplayers gather to showcase their elaborate costumes.
