Detailed description

The image features Mad Moxxi from the Borderlands video game series, dressed in her signature red corset and top hat adorned with a playing card. Her outfit is completed by a black and white striped choker around her neck and a pair of black boots. The background of the image appears to be an outdoor setting, possibly a street or alleyway, with a large building visible behind Mad Moxxi. The overall atmosphere of the image suggests that it was taken at a comic-con event or similar gathering.
