Satsuki Kiryuin from Kill la Kill

A woman dressed in a costume, with long black hair and bangs. She is wearing a white sailor-style outfit with blue trim and a red bow on her chest. The outfit appears to be a cosplay or costume for an anime character. In the background, there are several people standing around, but they are not clearly visible due to the lighting and focus of the camera. The overall atmosphere suggests that this photo was taken at an event or convention where cosplayers gather to showcase their costumes.
