Squirtle from Pokemon

The image is of a young girl dressed in a Squirtle costume from Pokemon. She has blue hair styled in twin tails and wears a brown dress with long sleeves, reminiscent of the character's appearance. The dress features a white trim around the neckline and two large, dark-colored bows on the chest. A light-brown belt cinches at her waist, complementing the dress's design.
