Hajime Ichinose, Gatchaman Crowds

A young woman with dark hair and bangs, wearing a white short-sleeved shirt with a red bow tie, a black skirt, and black tights. She is also wearing black boots that have laces and are made of leather or faux leather. Her right hand is raised in a peace sign gesture. The background appears to be an urban setting with buildings and what looks like a road or sidewalk. The overall impression of the image suggests that it may be from an anime or manga series, given the character's attire and hairstyle.
