Detailed description

The image depicts Homura Akemi from Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, a young girl with long purple hair styled in two braids and wearing a white sailor fuku. She has large blue eyes and a small nose ring. Her outfit consists of a white top with black trim, a purple tie, and a white skirt. The background is blurred, but it appears to be an outdoor setting with greenery visible. The overall impression is that the image was taken at an event or gathering where cosplay is encouraged.
