Sailor Neptune, Original Design

A woman dressed in a blue and green costume, standing on a beach. The woman's hair is styled in long, flowing waves that cascade down her back, with the ends of her hair adorned with small, delicate strands of seaweed or oceanic plants. Her eyes are closed, and she appears to be lost in thought as she gazes out at the sea. She wears a costume that resembles a mermaid's tail, complete with shimmering scales and flowing fabric that drapes elegantly around her legs. The woman's hands are clasped together in front of her, and she seems to be holding onto something invisible, perhaps a magical artifact or a piece of driftwood from the beach. Her expression is serene and contemplative, as if she is communing with the spirits of the ocean.
