Rise Kujikawa, Persona 4

A young woman with red hair styled in two pigtails and bangs, wearing a black sailor-style outfit with white trim and a yellow ribbon around her neck. She is standing outside, possibly on the street or sidewalk, near some greenery. The background is blurred but appears to be a building or structure of some kind. The overall atmosphere suggests that this may be a cosplay photo shoot for a character from an anime or manga series.
