Flannery - Lavaridge Gym Leader, Pokemon

A person dressed in a costume inspired by Flannery, the Lavaridge Gym Leader from the Pokémon franchise. The individual has short red hair and is wearing a black sleeveless top with a yellow flame design on the chest. They are also sporting blue jeans with their shirt tied around their waist. Their left hand rests on their hip while they appear to be adjusting or holding something near their right shoulder, although it's not clearly visible in this image. The blurred background suggests that the photo was taken at an event such as a convention or cosplay gathering, likely during the daytime given the natural lighting.
