Admiral Merlwyb Bloefhiswyn of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn

A woman dressed in an elaborate costume, likely inspired by the character Admiral Merlwyb Bloefhiswyn from Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. The black and white attire features red accents on the shoulders and sides of her dress, adding a pop of color to the overall design. Her hair is styled in an updo, with a few loose strands framing her face. She holds a toy gun in her right hand, which appears to be made of plastic or foam. The background of the image is blurred, but it appears to be a convention center or event space, suggesting that the photo was taken at a cosplay event or gathering.
