Cosplay at an Event

Two individuals engaging in cosplay at an event, with one person dressed as a character from the video game Bioshock and the other as a pirate. The individual on the left is wearing a white shirt, brown vest, and tan pants, holding a sword in their right hand. They are leaning over to touch the head of the character from Bioshock, who is standing on the right side of the image. This character is dressed in a blue and black outfit with goggles covering their eyes and a large propeller on their back. The background of the image features a pond or fountain surrounded by lush greenery, suggesting that the event is taking place outdoors during the day.
