Handsome Jack, Borderlands

The man in the image is dressed in an elaborate costume, possibly inspired by the character Handsome Jack from the video game Borderlands. He has painted his face and body blue to match his attire, which consists of a long coat with large buttons down the front, matching pants, and shoes that match his outfit. The shirt underneath appears to be white or light-colored. Notably, he is wearing gloves on both hands, adding an extra layer of detail to his costume. His headgear features a distinctive blue feather tucked into it, completing his unique look.
