Fallout

The man in this photo is wearing a costume from Fallout, a post-apocalyptic video game series. He has on black sunglasses with dark lenses and a red flame design across his chest. The design appears to be made of leather or faux leather, and it covers the front half of his torso. He also wears a brown utility belt around his waist, which is attached to his pants at several points. On his left arm, he has a large metal gauntlet with a strap that goes over his shoulder. It looks like this costume was made from various pieces of leather or faux leather clothing and accessories, possibly even some real armor pieces.
