Baby in Blue Plaid Attire at Outdoor Event

A baby with striking blue eyes and fair skin, dressed in a white shirt paired with a blue plaid skirt or kilt. The baby is cradled by an adult's arms, possibly a parent or caregiver, who wears a black leather jacket. The individual holding the baby has their right arm visible, clad in a black sleeve, while their left leg extends from under the baby to the bottom of the image. Notably, only the top portion of the baby's legs is visible. In the background, other individuals are present, albeit out of focus and situated on grass or dirt. The overall atmosphere suggests an outdoor setting, possibly at a cultural event where traditional attire is being worn.
